As the change of seasons brings new opportunities for growth and improvement, Talk2Me USA Inc. is
implementing an important update to its SIM card management operations. Effective immediately, all SIM management services previously associated with RVI Group will now be provided under a new name:
FUSION SIM.
This transition reflects a streamlined process designed to enhance customer support, improve clarity, and ensure a consistent experience for all users of our SIM programs.

Customers should now use the above information for all SIM related inquiries, including renewals,
replacements, and account support.
Key Customer Updates
∙Customers may request a new SIM kit if their current SIM is expired.
∙Annual SIM renewal billing is now active.
∙Customers using 8901580 SIM cards in the XIN platform will likely require a replacement. We
encourage customers to thoroughly check recent mail to ensure a replacement SIM was not already
delivered.
SIM Program Pricing
The standard renewal rate for the general SIM program, which includes coverage across 36 countries, is $29.99 per year.
Clients participating in specialized or custom SIM programs will receive individualized guidance on renewal pricing and requirements.
This operational update marks an important step in strengthening service reliability and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate support as we move into a new season.
